A critical component in making your fitness vision a reality is understanding the importance of change - first in your mind, and then in your day to day actions.  How you think influences how you act, which ultimately determines what you get as a result.  T
herefore, different (better) results require different (better) actions, which are fueled by different (better) thoughts.

It's really pretty simple: Think, Act, GetGot it?  Great, "TAG - You're it!"

To improve your current situation - whether it's physical, mental, financial, relational, etc - my first suggestion is to forego any/all 'something-for-nothing' approaches that promise improvement and/or achievement with little or no effort on your part.
