Ever Had "One of THOSE Days?"

Ever had "one of those days" when you wondered if life could possibly get any tougher or worse?  Yeah, me too.  However, I come across people (myself included) that simply need the "gift of perspective" at times to shift over to an "attitude of gratitude!"

I'm confident what I'm about to share with you will do just that...  When someone starts complaining, whining, or making excuses about a less-than-stellar personal situation, I simply offer the "gift" of the following story/video as a reality check...  Feel free to do the same with anyone YOU know as well! ;-)

As a parent, there is nothing more gut-wrenching, heart-breaking, soul-crushing, and faith-testing than when your precious child is harmed in any way, shape or form.  In January 2007, I experienced such a thing when my 4-year old son was involved in an "accident" that - still to this day - defies logical explanation and eludes human understanding.

Yet, as cliche as it may seem, I've come to realize there are no "accidents" and "everything happens for a reason"... I highly recommend reading the story BEFORE watching the video, for it provides valuable insight as to how we have been able to begin "building an amazing lemonade stand out of some otherwise potentially rotten fruit" --  Enjoy the ride!
